Elsa (Dame)

Elsa is our dame and she is beautiful, smart, and one of the sweetest dogs you could ever come across. She was born April 3, 2011 and is a healthy, sturdy, blockhead with a fabulous physique and glowing coat.

We had Elsa for over a year before getting her lifemate Hans. She has always been gentle even before Hans came into the picture as evident by the picture below of her playing with a tiny ferret.

Once Hans came into the picture it was love at first sniff and she quickly showed Hans the ins and outs of living in our household. In fact she potty trained Hans for us simply by being the leader. Within a week of us having Hans he knew to follow her outside and mimicked everything she did.

This was also the case when it came to teaching him to swim. Whatever Elsa does, he does and so when Elsa jumped into the water, so did Hans. Our dogs love water and we plan on getting their puppies into the water once they are able to as we believe in the success of letting the seasoned dogs teach the puppies.
